lugano-311For more than 30 years we have been carrying out surgery in our outpatients’ clinic for the following eye pathologies:

  • Primary and/or secondary eyelid disorders;
  • Chronic Ametropia (serious optical defects);
  • Keratoconus;
  • Cataract;
  • Glaucoma;

At our Center, we also perform the following laser treatments:

  • YAG laser, for the treatment of secondary cataract (capsulotomy) and the prevention and therapy of some types of glaucoma;
  • ARGON laser, for the treatment of peripheral retinal degeneration (Barrage laser) and the prevention of retinal detachment caused by diabetes, thrombosis,     edemas;
  • EXCIMER laser, for the correction of the principal refractive errors (shortsightedness, longsightedness, astigmatism);
  • FEMTO laser, used for corneal incisions for refractive surgery and correction of visual defects, and combined techniques for the safe removal of cataracts;
  • CROSS-LINKING, for the treatment of keratoconus.
